UNITED FAMILY

I-601, APPLICATION FOR WAIVER OF GROUNDS OF INADMISSIBILITY

Immediate relatives (spouse, children, and parents) of a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) who have been found inadmissible to the United States or who cannot adjust their legal status within the United States may file, Form I-601.  Applicant must exit the U.S. and is granted permission to file Form I-601 during immigrant visa interview.

I-601A, PROVISIONAL UNLAWFUL PRESENCE WAIVER (PUP)

Only immediate relatives (spouse, children, and parents) of a U.S. Citizen may apply for Provisional Unlawful Presence (PUP) Waiver before leaving the United States for their immigrant visa interview.  With this process the length of time that the US Citizen is separated from their immediate relative is relatively shorten.  If denied, you may file a new Form I-601A and submit required fees.

I-601, SOLICITUD DE EXENCION DE CAUSAL DE INADMISSIBILIDAD

Los familiares directos (cónyuge, hijos y padres) de un ciudadano estadounidense o residente legal permanente (mica) que han sido encontrados inadmisible a los Estados Unidos o que no puede ajustar su estatus legal dentro de los Estados Unidos pueden presentar, Formulario I-601.  El solicitante debe salir de los EE.UU. y es concedido el permiso para presentar el Formulario I-601 durante la entrevista de visa de inmigrante.

I-601A, SOLICITUD DE EXENCION POR PRESENCIA ILLEGAL

Sólo los familiares directos (cónyuge, hijos y padres) de un ciudadano de los EE.UU. pueden solicitar la exención de Presencia Ilegal Provisional (PUP) antes de salir de los Estados Unidos para su entrevista de visa de inmigrante. Con este proceso la cantidad de tiempo que el ciudadano de Estados Unidos se separa de su pariente inmediato es relativamente corto. Si es negado, puede presentar un nuevo Formulario I-601A y presentar pagos requeridos.

I-212, APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO REAPPLY FOR ADMISSION INTO THE UNITED STATES AFTER DEPORTATION OR REMOVAL

Applies only to an individual who has been deported or removed from the United States. You must ask for consent to reapply for admission to the United States before lawfully returning to the country.  This applies to immediate relatives (spouse, children, and parents) of permanent residents.

I-212, SOLICITUD DE INCRESO A LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DESPUES DE HABER SIDO DEPORTADO O EXPULSADO

Sólo se aplica a un individuo que ha sido deportado o removido de los Estados Unidos. Debe solicitar el consentimiento para volver a solicitar la admisión a los Estados Unidos antes de regresar legalmente al país. Esto se aplica a los familiares inmediatos (cónyuge, hijos y padres) de un ciudadano estadounidense o residente legal permanente (mica).
