D.A.C.A

DACADeferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (D.A.C.A.) is an executive order by president Barack Obama, which extends protection against deportation and a work permit, for qualifying applicants.

To qualify for the D.A.C.A program you must have good moral character, pass a background check, and must not be ineligible for criminal or national security reasons. You must have entered the U.S. before turning 16 years of age and must have been physically present in the U.S. since 2005.
